About Me

My Background and Approach

I started my career working with kids and teens with autism, then moved to helping those in foster care. After that, I worked in a psychiatric hospital and now I work in outpatient mental health. I mainly work with individuals and families, using techniques like staying present, challenging negative thoughts, exploring attachment style, and focusing on solutions. I believe everyone can change and grow. Building an open and collaborative relationship between client and therapist is important. This helps you understand your struggles and learn how to cope with them.
